This User Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Fundbells will provide refunds to registered users who do not receive investment from Fundbells for a specific offering.

Applicability:

• This Policy applies to all registered users on the Fundbells platform.
• This Policy applies only to the registration fee  associated with each specific investment offering.

Refund Conditions:

• You will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee if your registration for a specific offering is not approved and your business does not receive an investment from Fundbells for that offering.
• You will be eligible for a refund if your registration for a specific offering is not approved , including but not limited to:
  
  • Incomplete or inaccurate information in your application.
  • Failure to meet the eligibility criteria for the offering.
  • Non-compliance with Fundbells’ terms and conditions.
• In every case business detailed analysis report’s fee is non-refundable.
• You will not be eligible for a refund if you withdraw your application for any reason before the investment decision is made.

Refund Process:

• If you are eligible for a refund, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the investment decision being made.
• You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
